Cancellation Window

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support Team within this timeframe using the details below.

If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Post-24-Hour Cancellation

After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment.

If you wish to cancel after this period, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, you may refuse delivery upon arrival. Once the returned package is received in its original condition, we will process a refund for the product value, excluding shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for cancellations made after the 24-hour window or for refused deliveries.
  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
